KindleeRx offers different refund protections depending on the type of treatment. Below is a summary by product category.

Dermatology treatments

Includes our eczema, psoriasis, and nail fungus regimens.

If you're not satisfied with your results within 90 days of your order, we'll refund your medication and shipping. We focus our refund policy on outcomes. Because prescription products can't be returned, satisfaction is measured by your follow-up photos and provider review.

What's eligible

  • Refund window: 90 days from order date
  • Refund applies to medication and shipping costs

How to request a refund

  1. Log in to your KindleeRx account
  2. Upload updated photos of the affected area
  3. Send a message to your provider through your account requesting the refund

GLP-1 weight-loss treatments

Includes Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.

If you're not approved for treatment by a KindleeRx licensed clinician, we'll refund your medication and shipping in full. Consultations are refunded where allowable by state law. Once your medication ships, refunds are limited to shipping or quality issues (e.g., damaged or lost packages).

What's covered

  • Full refund of medication and shipping if you're not approved for treatment
  • Free replacement or refund for damaged, lost, or quality-related issues post-shipment

What's not refundable

  • Refunds are not provided for medication that has shipped, except as described above
  • Treatment effectiveness is not a refund-eligible reason. Outcomes vary, and your provider can adjust your dosing or plan through messaging.
