Refund Policy
Because prescription products can’t be returned, we focus our refund policy on treatment outcomes. If you’re not satisfied with your results after using your prescribed treatment for up to 90 days from the date of your order, you may request a refund of the treatment cost.
What’s eligible
- All products are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are available for 90 days after an order.
- Refunds apply to the treatment cost only.
What’s not refundable
- Consultation fees are non-refundable. Consults are $20 and are generally non-refundable due to state laws and regulations.
How to request a refund
- Log in to your KindleeRx account.
- Upload updated photos of the affected area.
- Send a message to your doctor through your account to let them know you’re requesting a refund and to review your updated photos.
