How to Order

How can I order?

We offer a range of treatments for various medical concerns. You can select the options you’re interested in when creating your account. Existing patients can log in anytime to add additional treatments.

How does the initial online medical consultation work, and how long does it take?

No appointment or video call is needed. Simply complete a short medical questionnaire, upload relevant photos, and place your order in just a few minutes. You’ll also have 90 days of messaging access to your assigned doctor for ongoing support.

Is the medical consultation required?

Our treatments are prescription medications, so a medical consultation is required by law. Simply complete a brief 5-minute online questionnaire and upload relevant photos. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a personalized message from your assigned doctor about your prescription, along with ongoing access for continued care and support.

Can I call my doctor?

We don’t offer virtual appointments or video calls. Instead, we use secure text-based communication between you and your doctor, available seven days a week with an average response time of 6 to 12 hours. This approach allows Kindlee to deliver premium care at a fair and transparent price.

What happens if I am not a good candidate for treatment?

If treatment isn’t a good fit, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $20 consult fee. Your Kindlee medical provider will promptly issue the refund and include a brief note explaining the reason.

Where is Kindlee available?

Kindlee currently provides care and ships treatments to Florida, Texas, Colorado, and California. We’re expanding to additional states over time, so please check back regularly to see if your state has been added.

Do you have treatments that can be used while pregnant or nursing?

Yes. Please let your doctor know in the patient portal or on the medical questionnaire if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Your medical care team will prescribe a treatment that is safe for pregnancy or, in unusual cases, issue a refund if that is not possible.

Are all treatments prescription-strength? 

Yes. At Kindlee, we believe prescription treatments offer the best evidence-based results. Our goal is to make proven, physician-directed care affordable and accessible. We’ll also guide you on how to incorporate non-prescription treatments into your overall care plan for optimal effectiveness and safety.

How does Kindlee source its formulations?

Many of our treatments are compounded by trusted pharmacy partners, while others use proven, commercially available products. Kindlee carefully vets each pharmacy partner for experience, safety, and integrity. Your medication is shipped directly from the pharmacy to your door.

I want to talk to my doctor, can I?

Absolutely. We recommend it. Every treatment includes 90-days of messaging access with your doctor. Simply log in to your patient portal and select Messages from the menu to connect directly.

Can I consult with my doctor before prescribing?

Yes, you can, but it’s not required. For most individuals, the medical questionnaire and uploaded photos provide enough information for the doctor to make a diagnosis and prescribe an effective, evidence-based treatment.

Every treatment includes 90-days of messaging access with your doctor. Once you complete the signup process and place your order, you can immediately message your doctor through the patient portal.


Shipping and Customer Service

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

We do not accept returns for prescription products, but we understand that treatment results can vary. If you’re not satisfied after using your product for 90 days, we’ll refund the treatment cost.

To request a refund, log in to your account, upload updated photos of the condition area, and let your doctor know. Due to state regulations, we’re unable to refund the doctor consultation fee.

Can I change shipping services or expedite shipping?

No. Shipping prescription-strength products requires additional safeguards. Kindlee carefully manages its supply chain and shipping process to ensure every product arrives safe, effective, and properly handled.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. Processing claims adds unnecessary cost and would raise prices for everyone. Our direct-pay model allows us to focus on your care while keeping prices fair and transparent. If you’d like to use your benefits, we provide an itemized receipt in your portal.
