Our treatments are prescription medication, so the Doctor Visit is required by law. However, it’s not a typical telemedicine appointment! Simply fill out a brief, 5-minute online questionnaire and upload photos of your skin condition. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from one of our Board-Certified Dermatologists regarding your requested prescription!
We do not allow virtual appointments or video calls, instead we rely on text based communication between the patient and the doctor. This allows Kindlee to provide premium care at an honest price.
Treatments
Yes, please let your dermatologist know in the patient portal or through the sign up medical questionnaire if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. The dermatologist will prescribe a safe for pregnancy medical treatment, or in rare cases offer a refund if that is not possible.
Kindlee treats specific conditions, these are our treatment focus areas such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Toe Nail Fungus, and more. For each treatment area we have a number of standard formulations that the dermatologist can use or alter if needed.
It is a common medical practice to leverage different formulations for a single condition and to cycle through these formulations. This can substantially enhance treatment effectiveness. For example, you may use a stronger formulation to get a condition under control and then maintain it with a gentler formulation with infrequent usage of the stronger formulation.
Yes, at Kindlee we believe that prescription care should be affordable and accessible for dermatological conditions. We have a number of different solutions, and prescription strength does not have to mean harsh or irritating.
All our treatments are compounded with fresh ingredients from our pharmacy partners. Kindlee vets our pharmacy partners for experience, safety, and integrity. The medication is then shipped directly from the pharmacy to your door.
Absolutely! We recommend it. Every treatment comes with a 60-day consultation with a dermatologist. Just log in to the patient portal and select messages from the menu. This will allow you to directly message your dermatologist.
Yes you can, but it is not required. For the majority of individuals the medical questionnaire and the condition photos are enough for the dermatologist to make a diagnosis and prescribe a highly effective and safe prescription.
Every treatment comes with a 60-day consultation with a dermatologist. After you complete the signup process and order a treatment you can immediately message the dermatologist in the message portal.
Shipping and Customer Service
We do not accept returns for prescription products, but we understand it does not always work out. If you are not satisfied after using the product for 60 days we will issue a refund for the treatment amount.
Please log in and upload new photos of the condition area and inform your provider that you want a refund. Due to state laws and regulatory issues, we are not allowed to refund the doctor consultation, we wish we could.
No, shipping prescription strength products has additional complexity. Kindlee has to closely control our supply chain and shipping to make sure the product you receive is safe and effective.
